Administrative Staff Services

Notary Public Services

Notaries are available at the Administration Department and throughout tribal government departments, M-F 8a-5p. No appointment necessary.

Documents Required:

  • Valid State ID, Valid Drivers License or Valid Passport or Military ID
  • Signer(s) must be present

Minors Trust Program | 480-362-7677

Parent/Guardian of a minor (17 years of age or younger) may request a special payment for:

  • Clothing: uniforms, shoes, diapers
  • Computer: desktop/laptop/printer
  • Private Tuition: accredited school
  • Health: medical bill/invoice for doctor, dentist, orthodontist, counselor
  • Income Taxes: taxes owed from trust withdraws

Lease & Funeral Loans

Governed by Policy 1-12, loans are available to eligible Community members who qualify. Applicants must be an enrolled member of the SRPMIC.
