The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community is now accepting vendor applications for our Easter Egg Hunt event!
Event Details
📅 Saturday, April 4, 2026
⏰ 9:00–11:00 a.m. (Vendor set-up begins at 7:00 a.m.)

Vendor Space Information
- 10’ x 10’ booth space
- Vendors must provide their own setup (tables, chairs, canopy, and electric if needed)
- No electricity provided
- Selling drinks is allowed for food vendors only

- $25 per space (Goodie Vendors) – 2 spaces

- Food/goodie vendors must:
- Follow HHS guidelines

Lehi Cemetery – Temporary Entrance Closure
Construction is underway at the Lehi Cemetery as part of ongoing site improvements. Work includes roadway construction, new entrance gates, and perimeter fencing upgrades.
Construction at Lehi Cemetery will occur in multiple phases.Entrance access will change by date. Please review the phase details below before visiting.
Horne Road Entrance Closure
January 30 – February 8, 2026
What’s Happening:
Upcoming asphalt paving will require temporary closure of the Horne Road entrance. Please refer to the posted site map for specific closure phases and dates.
During Construction:
- Alternate access will be available via the Thomas Road entrance for visitors and emergency responders.
- The Horne Road entrance is anticipated to be closed from January 30 through February 9, 2026.
- Short delays may occur due to active construction in the cemetery grounds.
- Barricades and directional signage will be in place for safety and guidance.
- Access to Xalychidom Piipaash Nyvaash will remain open and unrestricted.
- Moving closures may occur as roadway sections are completed.
Thomas Road Entrance and Road Closure
February 9 – February 23, 2026
What’s Happening:
Upcoming Roadway Work and asphalt paving will require closure of the Thomas Road entrance and Thomas Road. Please refer to the posted site map for specific closure phases and dates.
During Construction:
- Alternate access will be available via the Horne Road entrance for visitors and emergency responders.
- The Thomas Road entrance is anticipated to be closed from February 09, 2026, through February 23, 2026.
- Short delays may occur due to active construction in the cemetery grounds.
- Barricades and directional signage will be in place for safety and guidance.
- Access to Xalychidom Piipaash Nyvaash will remain open and unrestricted from Horne Road.
- Moving closures may occur as roadway sections are completed.

Register: 2026 ASU Prayer Run
Starting at sunrise on Saturday, March 28, 2026 the Labriola National American Indian Data Center, an Indigenous Library at Arizona State University, is leading a Prayer Run to bless the Labriola Center and Indigenous support spaces at ASU Tempe Campus.
The run is open to community members, and ASU Indigenous students, faculty, and staff. As an Indigenous led library, we believe running is medicine and intrinsically connected to many of our Indigenous cultures and traditions. The Prayer Run begins at Svegĭ Do’ag (Red Mountain), continues to “A” Mountain, and ends at Moahdak Do’ag (South Mountain). As a relay, participants will run a distance and a pace that is comfortable for themselves.
Tentative Agenda (times are approximations):
6:20 am (Sunrise) – Meet at Red Mountain at Sunrise Hill
7:00 am – Start run from Sunrise Hill
9:30 am – Meet up at Ske:g Himdag Ki:
Noon – Arrive at ASU Tempe – ASU Labriola Center
Noon – 2:00 pm – Lunch at ASU American Indian Student Support Services
2:00 pm – Continue run to South Mountain
5:00 pm – Conclude at South Mountain

The Salt River Community Children’s Foundation (SRCCF) is now accepting applications for their November Regular Meeting Agenda.
COMPLETED APPLICATIONS ARE DUE: Friday, March 27, 2026 by 5:00 PM
(Any incomplete applications or applications received after the Due Date will roll over to the following SRCCF Monthly Agenda)
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST BE an Enrolled SRPMIC Community Children
MUST BE between the ages of Birth up to 17 years old
MUST BE submitted by a parent of legal guardian
For Organization(s), MUST benefit a majority of Enrolled SRPMIC Community Children
DOCUMENTS NEEDED:
- Detailed Invoice or Quote – Must submit an invoice or quote which accounts for all funds being requested. Must equal the Total Amount Requested.
- Current Academic Grades For the Youth – Must submit current academic grades for the youth who is to benefit from this request, if of school age, indicating a quarter or semester grade average of a C or better (or its equivalent). SRCCF may consider extenuating circumstances and either waive the grade average requirement or submission of this information where deemed appropriate.
- Written Statement From the Youth – Must submit a statement from the youth who is to benefit from the request (where age and ability appropriate) explaining how the funds would benefit them.
- Any Additional Information Explaining / Supporting the Contribution Request
- Organizations Only – Copy of §7871(a)(1)(A, B, & C) or §501(C)(3) Determination Letter (if formally organized)
