Join Community Recreational Services Adaptive Recreation team for an open and supportive Table Talk session for parents and caregivers of children living with a disability. This is a space to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

Each session may include conversations about helpful resources, mental health tips, ways families stay active, sharing your family’s journey, and other topics that matter to you. Your child does not need to be registered with Adaptive Recreation to participate.

This special Parent Table Talk session will feature artist Deon Mitchell, who will guide participants through an interactive art experience. Explore the theme of Southwest designs enriched with cultural elements through guided creativity.
