Mills Brown with MainSpring Capital Group, representing Wentworth Storage as the applicant, is requesting a use variance to allow an indoor mini-storage facility within The Block, which is located at the northeast corner of Pima Center Parkway and Via de Ventura.

This site is within the C3 General Commercial zoning district. Per Table 4.1 of the SRPMIC Zoning Ordinance, indoor mini-storage facility uses are not allowed within the C3 General Commercial zoning district. Approval of a use variance through the Community Council would allow this use at this location.
