Courtney Crump, representing Caliber HS Riverwalk Holdco LLC, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for the development of a 122-room, 4-story extended stay hotel on 3.49 acres of land within the Riverwalk master development. Per the SRPMIC Zoning Ordinance and Map, this property is zoned C3 (General Commercial) and a CUP is required for an extended stay hotel to be constructed.
