Pathway to Homeownership is an orientation to the SRFSI Homeownership Program.  This class is open to SRPMIC Community Members that would like to learn about the program requirements and how to prepare financially to apply for a mortgage loan with SRFSI. 

Registration is Required as space is limited.

• Understanding the SRFSI Mortgage loan process, guidelines and requirements 
• Assessing your personal financial situation 
• Understanding what it means to be “Mortgage Loan Ready” 
• The importance of sustainable homeownership ​​ 
• Tools and Resources to get started
