Council Community hearing for a proposed Dimensional Variance (DV) at the Great Wolf Lodge property at 7333 North Pima Road.

The variance would increase the maximum allowable Floor Area Ratio (F.A.R.) of the site from 0.50 to 0.54. If approved, the variance would permit the development of a six-story suite tower addition connected to the existing building, providing twenty-four (24) additional guest suites and increasing the total room count from 350 to 374. Each additional guest suite is proposed to have three bedrooms in order to accommodate large families.
