Calling All Tribal Departments & Programs to Participate in the 3rd Annual Himdag Ki: Fun Fair!!!

We invite your department to be part of the 2nd Annual Himdag Ki: Fun Fair, an exciting Community family event hosted by Youth Services’ Boys & Girls Club in collaboration with the Skeg Himdag Ki: (Way of Life Facility) Departments.

How Your Department Can Participate

1. Host an Information Table
Set up a table to share information about your department, programs, services, or resources with Community members.

2. Host a Carnival Game
Set up and operate a carnival-style game for youth and families. Departments choosing this option will be responsible for providing their own game, game materials/supplies, and prizes. Youth Services will provide the event space, but we will not be providing the games or prizes for individual department tables.

For either option:
• Tables and chairs will be provided.
• Please bring your own canopy (BYOC) if you need shade.
• Electrical support will not be provided.
• If possible, we also kindly ask participating departments to provide a donation or raffle item to support the event.

We hope to have a variety of departments participate so that Community members can learn more about the services available to them while enjoying a fun evening together.

Please confirm your department’s participation by Friday, September 4th.

Space is limited, so please let us know whether you would like to host an Information Table or Carnival Game.
