Community Health Notice: Feeling Sick? Here’s what you should know
Respiratory illnesses are circulating, and we want to help keep our community safe and healthy. If you or a family member starts feeling sick, please follow these updated public health guidelines:
🛑 Stay Home if You’re Sick
Please remain home and away from others until 24 hours after BOTH:
• Your symptoms are improving
• You have been fever‑free without using fever‑reducing medication
🟢 When You’re Ready to Resume Activities
For the next 5 days, take extra precautions to protect those around you:
• Consider getting tested for respiratory viruses
• Wash your hands often
• Improve indoor air by opening windows or checking air filters
• Keep some distance from others when possible
• Wear a well‑fitting mask, especially around elders or high‑risk individuals
