This is a no alcohol/drug/gang/ & no tobacco/vaping event. No pets, weapons/firearms, or outside ice chests/grills/food/glass allowed. Bags subject to search.

- Food Prep & Food Service: Check-in at 10:00 am
- Food Servers: Check-in at 10:00 am
- Thanksgiving meals served at 11:30 am

SRPMIC Thanksgiving Drive-Thru Turkey & Food Box Event
Accelerated Learning Academy – North Parking Lot | Monday, November 23, 2026 | Event Hours: 9:00 am – 11:00 am
- Intake Workers: Check-in at 7:30 am (must be able to stand for a long duration)
- Turkey/Box Loading Workers: Check-in at 7:30 am (must be able to life 25 lbs, stand for a long duration)
- Flaggers/Traffic Control: Check-in at 7:30 am (must be able to stand for a long duration)
- Event ends at 11:00 am, Clean-up goes until 12:00 pm
- All volunteers are eligible to receive a turkey/food box items!
