THOMAS ROAD AND PIMA ROAD INTERSECTION CLOSURE
NOVEMBER 6-10, 2025

Description of Work: The intersection of Thomas Road and Pima Road will be closed from November 6-10 for paving and traffic signal installation. Additionally, the north- and southbound off-ramps from Loop 101 to Thomas Road will be closed. Motorists traveling on Loop 101 can take the off-ramp at Indian School Road or McDowell Road to access Pima Road.

Improvement work will take place from 7 p.m. Thursday, November 6 to 5 a.m. Monday, November 10. Work will occur 24 hours a day during this timeframe.
Motorists traveling eastbound on Thomas Road can take Hayden Road to either Indian School Road or McDowell Road to 92nd Street to access Thomas Road beyond the closure.

Motorists traveling westbound on Thomas Road can take 92nd Street to either Indian School Road or McDowell Road to Hayden Road to access Thomas Road beyond the closure.

Access to and from 87th Street to Thomas Road will be accessible for local traffic only.

Construction activities will produce noise during day and nighttime hours. Crews will take steps to reduce noise impacts as much as possible.
