MESQUITE TRAILS SIDEWALK & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT UPDATE

EXTENDED END DATE: SEPTEMBER 2026

The Mesquite Trails Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements project along Camelback Road and Mesa Drive in the Mesquite Trails Subdivision has been extended through September 2026.

As a reminder, here is what the project includes:
• waterline replacement
• installation of new sidewalks streetlights
• construction of drainage ditches and culverts

Here are some NEW items included in the project:
• block walls/wrought iron fences
• installation of riprap for erosion control
