HHS Diabetes Prevention Services is proud to participate in the American Diabetes Association Step Out Walk, and we invite our community to join us!

Join the Walking Warriors–DP team and help raise awareness, support diabetes prevention and education, and show support for individuals and families affected by diabetes.

A donation is not needed to participate, all are welcome!

Walking bibs will be provided to display why or who you are walking for.

The first 200 people get a free bucket hat!
