Covid Vaccine – Tribal Government Employees: The SRPMIC Community is offering an incentive of $100 or 8 hours of AL to tribal government employees for receiving their 2026/2027 COVID Vaccination. To report your Covid Vaccination, please have your documentation ready to submit in PeopleSoft. Since the Community is offering this incentive there is no WellPath incentive for the COVID Vaccination for tribal government employees. *Employees must be employed during the time of their vaccination to receive the incentive. Covid Vaccine – Enterprise Employees: Enterprise employees can submit their Covid vaccine in WellWorks using the “COVID Vaccination 2026-2027 (Enterprise Emp. Only)” activity under the Prevention category. Documentation is not needed when submitting to WellPath.

Flu Vaccine – All Employees: Flu vaccines can be submitted through WellWorks for ALL employees. Documentation is not needed when submitting to WellPath.
