WellPath’s Sweet 16 Corn Hole Tournament

WellPath is turning 16-years old! We are celebrating by hosting a Cornhole Tournament. Registration is open!!

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Please register as a team – 2 players per team.
  • No on-site registration. Teams must pre-register.
  • Players may play on only 1 Cornhole team for this tournament.
  • Limited to the first 100 teams registered.
  • Single elimination.

Cornhole Games are played on Employees’ break (lunch or regular break) on Thursday, November 5th (weather permitting), with finals played on Friday, November 6th. Be ready to play between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Participants are playing on their break time or with permission of their supervisor and NO administrative leave is granted for WellPath’s Sweet 16 Cornhole Tournament. A waiver is not required.

Date: Thursday, November 5, 2026 & Friday, November 6, 2026

Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (may change based on registration)

Location: Friendship Park (Grass area)
