The Applicant, Vibe Lot 6, LLC has requested two Conditional Use Permits (CUP) and a Use Variance (UV) to develop an 81,198 square foot entertainment venue branded as “Cartique” on a 20.79 acre lot within the Riverwalk Master Development. This project is to house a museum-style entertainment venue featuring auto-themed art. The proposed facility will include virtual racing arcade simulators, a restaurant, a speakeasy, a bar, and an event space. A small portion of the art and automobiles on display will be available for purchase by patrons.
