Description: Happy Fungal Disease Awareness Week! SRPMIC Public Health is celebrating with our THINK FUNGUS! campaign to raise awareness about Valley fever, fungal skin infections, mold and moisture, and simple ways to reduce exposure and protect your health.

• Employees can participate by emailing Melanie Nosie or Haley Bodmer to receive the THINK FUNGUS! Information.
• Part of the activity includes education and completing the short Employee Knowledge Survey.
• Once completed, please return your completed survey to HHSPublicHealth@srpmic-nsn.gov subject line Fungus Survey, no later than September 30th. Take a few minutes to learn something new and THINK FUNGUS!

Date: September 17 – 30, 2026

WellPath Incentive: When Employee Knowledge Survey is completed and returned to HHS, HHS will submit a roster for participation to WellPath. No reporting is necessary.
