The Land Management Board is holding a Community Hearing Meeting regarding an application for a Dimensional Variance (DV) to increase the maximum allowable Floor Area Ratio (F.A.R.) from 0.50 to 0.54 for the existing Great Wolf Lodge property located at 7333 North Pima Road.

This variance would permit the development of an additional six-story suite tower connected to the existing building, providing twenty-four (24) additional guest suites and increasing the total room count from 350 to 374. Each additional guest suite is proposed to have three bedrooms to accommodate large families. A new two-story parking garage is also proposed to accommodate additional parking demand associated with the expansion.
