The Finance Department is offering walk-in services to reissue 2025 Tax Year 1099 forms (1099-MISC and 1099-NEC).

• Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: Finance – Cashiers Office

✅ What You Need to Bring

To receive your reissued form, please ensure:
• Photo ID: You must present a valid state or tribal photo ID.
• Current Address: Your address must be up to date with the Enrollment Office.

Note: If you worked as a Day Laborer or event Security, you would also receive a 1099-NEC form.
