🚧VIA DE VENTURA: PIMA ROAD TO SR101 – CIVIL IMPROVEMENTS

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community will begin infrastructure improvements on Via de Ventura between Pima Road and SR101 on April 27, 2026.

The project includes:
➡️ Full pavement reconstruction
➡️ Construction of raised medians with landscaping
➡️ Installation of new curb, gutter, and ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps
➡️ Additional scope: storm drainpipe, drainage inlets, and streetlights

Throughout the project, the contractor will maintain business access, if possible, and one lane of traffic in each direction on Via de Ventura.
The project team will provide advance notice and coordinate with businesses and commercial tenants regarding any planned access disruptions.
