The Land Management Board has scheduled a Community Hearing. You may or may not be a landowner in this area; however, this special invitation is extended to all Community Members and Landowners with ownership interest within a ½ mile radius.

Greg Charbeneau, representing Paradise Gateway, LLC, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for the development of a 92,716 square feet indoor wildlife exhibit called Paradise Earth within the Paradise Gateway development. This property is zoned C3 (General Commercial) and a CUP is required for an indoor wildlife exhibit per the SRPMIC Zoning Ordinance.

This notice is made under Article I., Section 17-4, Sections 7-95 (d), 17-97 (a) and 17-97 (e) along with the SRPMIC Code Ordinance.
