The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community is now accepting vendor applications for our Easter Egg Hunt event!

📅 Saturday, April 4, 2026
⏰ 9:00–11:00 a.m. (Vendor set-up begins at 7:00 a.m.)
📍 Salt River Ballfield
1897 N. Longmore Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85256
Vendor Space Information
- 10’ x 10’ booth space
- Vendors must provide their own setup (tables, chairs, canopy, and electric if needed)
- No electricity provided
- Selling drinks is allowed for food vendors only
Application Deadline: Monday, March 30, 2026
Food / Goodie Vendors
- $25 per space (Goodie Vendors) – 2 spaces
- $50 per space (Food Vendors) – 3 spaces
- Food/goodie vendors must:
- Follow HHS guidelines
- Obtain a food permit
- Have valid food handler cards
- Prepackage all goodie items
- Provide a fire extinguisher
- Dispose of oil/grease properly
- Inspection will be held the day of the event
- No raffles permitted
