📅 MONDAY, FEBRUARY 23 TO MID-APRIL 2026

TRAFFIC CONTROL NOTICE
Dallas Construction will be implementing traffic control beginning Monday, February 23rd, for ongoing Longmore Water Line Improvements.
The Community will be advised of upcoming road restriction as construction progresses.

What to expect during this phase:
➡️ Local access to homes and businesses will be maintained.
➡️ Northbound and Southbound lanes on Longmore Rd will be closed at the south side of the McDowell Rd intersection
➡️ No through access on the south side of the intersection
➡️ Detour routes will utilize Lehi Road and Belleview Street
➡️ Traffic control signage will be in place
