🚧STREET MAINTENANCE PHASE 1: CRACK SEAL 🛣️
MONDAY, JANUARY 12 TO FRIDAY, MARCH 6, 2026

A crack seal project is scheduled to begin on Monday, January 12, 2026, throughout the Community. Crack sealing applies hot asphalt sealant to pavement cracks, preventing moisture damage and extending pavement life by 2–4 years; sealants typically last 5–7 years.

The project will cover approximately sixteen miles of roadway. Access will be maintained with minor restrictions.
Updated maps and information will be provided as each phase progresses.
