Community Relations Office is comprised of five divisions:
Administration
The Administration Division provides general information about the Community and available services, coordinates Community giveaways and outreach efforts, and supports the distribution of event and announcement information. The division also works with departments on outreach opportunities and helps distribute informational materials and event flyers to Community members, including seniors and homebound residents.
Communications & Marketing
The Communications & Marketing Division manages social media and digital engagement, internal and external communications, and website content and support. The team helps keep Community members informed through digital platforms, event coverage, coordinated messaging, website updates, and communication campaigns.
Events
Events Division incorporates standardized event planning protocols for the SRPMIC; streamlines logistics and ensures that all tribal divisions and programs deliver cohesive, culturally aware, and compliant community gatherings. Two Cents with CRO Events Podcast
Your ultimate insider guide to the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community’s biggest celebrations! Hosted by the SRPMIC Events Team, this podcast brings the community event world to life with fun, informative, behind-the-scenes looks at how your favorite gatherings come together.
Multimedia
The Multimedia Division provides creative and visual communication support through graphic design, photography, video, digital signage, large-format printing, and pole banners. The team supports Community and Council-sponsored events and programs by creating visual materials and managing displays and signage throughout the Community.
O’odham Action News (OAN)
“Telling the Stories of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.” O’odham Action News is published on the first and third Thursday of each month. Community members can subscribe at no charge by filling out an online subscription form on our website. Information about advertising in the newspaper can also be found on our website.
