Getting Started with WellPath
What is WellPath?
The SRP-MIC Wellness Program, called WellPath, is a voluntary wellness program available to all employees of SRP-MIC and their dependents who are enrolled in the SRP-MIC health plan. The WellPath Program is designed to promote health and prevent disease. The program is administered according to federal rules permitting employer-sponsored wellness programs that seek to improve employee health or prevent disease,
WellPath is a valuable benefit serving more than 3,420 active employees and 1,000 dependents. No matter where you are in your wellness journey, you are welcome to start participating at anytime you would like and as much as you would like. Get started today!
How can I get started?
WellPath’s Orientation:
If you have not done so, register to attend the WellPath’s all employee orientation webinar. An orientation, for new and existing employees, will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. We will review all things WellPath and the many ways to participate and receive incentives. WellPath has a lot of great information and resources to share with you so this would be the most efficient way to do so.
Creating Your WellWorks Account
Log in to the WellWorks Wellness Portal
Follow the steps to log in:
Your account has been created for you.
- Go to http://www.wellworksforyoulogin.com
- Select Login
- Accept the terms of the Consent Form
- Fill in the required information

Your Employee ID can be found on your badge, paycheck, or by contacting your benefits representative.
Please Note:
Use the temporary password for your first login only—you’ll be prompted to set a new one. If you’ve logged in before, use your existing password.

WellPath Participation
WellPath Endorsed Events: SRP-MIC employees and their dependents who are enrolled in the SRP-MIC health plan can choose to participate in WellPath endorsed events. WellPathians can earn incentives for their activity when reported to their WellWorks For You portal.
WellPath Endorsed Challenges: SRP-MIC employees and their dependents who are enrolled in the SRP-MIC health plan can choose to participate in individual or team health challenges where habits are formed or healthy behaviors are performed, and goals are achieved.
Exercise/Fitness Participation (EFP): SRP-MIC employees and their dependents who are enrolled in the SRP-MIC health plan can participate in the Exercise/Fitness Participation (EFP) program where they are incentivized to exercise regularly. Participants are rewarded WellPath points for maintaining an exercise program for 3 consecutive months.
Health Enhancement Goal (HEG): SRP-MIC employees and their dependents who are enrolled in the SRP-MIC health plan can meet with a coach to set, plan and achieve a Health Enhancement Goal (HEG) to improve their health.
Prevention: SRP-MIC employees and their dependents who are enrolled in the SRP-MIC health plan can practice good preventive medicine to protect their health. Participants are offered the opportunity to earn WellPath points by practicing prevention in their lifestyle, such as having an annual physical, mammogram, or receiving a flu shot.
Know Your Numbers (KYN): WellPathians will complete Know Your Numbers between August 1st and October 31st of each year. Know Your Numbers: 2-step process: 1. Register for a Know Your Numbers (KYN) Biometric Screening 2. Complete the Know Your Numbers (KYN) Health Risk Assessment. You can complete both KYN steps in the WellWorks portal. You are able to access WellWorks on your personal device by visiting their web page or installing their app.
WellPath Event Nomination
Attending a health or wellness event which is not WellPath Endorsed? Nominate it!
WellPath endorsed events are considered and approved based on the following criteria: accessibility, benevolence, and health benefits. Please use the Event Nomination Form and answer the following questions or provide specific information about the event you are nominating. The event must have a website with registration and/or information to be considered for endorsement.
WellPath will review your submission and provide you a response within 24 hours.
WellPath points will be awarded for endorsed-activities for which meet one or more of the criteria below:
- participation was Voluntary, and/or
- none of the expenses for the activity were paid for by our employer, and/or
- participants were not on the clock specifically for the activity.
Some of the activities reported very likely qualify for the points based on the criteria above, while some likely would be excluded by the criteria above.
