Use WellWorks to report participation for endorsed events/activities, to register for upcoming events/activities/challenges, to check your point balance, and to redeem incentives or dependent rewards.
Creating Your WellWorks Account
Log in to the WellWorks Wellness Portal
Follow the steps to log in:
Your account has been created for you.
- Go to http://www.wellworksforyoulogin.com
- Select Login
- Accept the terms of the Consent Form
- Fill in the required information

| Temporary Password Format | Birth date in MMDDYYYY |
| Example | Username: SR12345 Password: 01011981 |
Your Employee ID can be found on your badge, paycheck, or by contacting your benefits representative.
Please Note:
Use the temporary password for your first login only—you’ll be prompted to set a new one. If you’ve logged in before, use your existing password.

Convert Your Points into Incentives
Employees and their dependents must be “Benefits-eligible” to earn WellPath Points for their participation. Incentives will be processed automatically when an incentive preference is selected. Points expire after 15 months. Incentives are employer-based. Please refer to the incentive matrix below for your incentive options:
