
The Streak Challenge is simple – Streaking? Not as much. Reach out to WellPath for help anytime.
The Streak Challenge starts on Monday, January 19th, 2026.
You will begin the challenge by selecting a Streak 1 Behavior from one of the 7 Domains of Wellness. After completing 14 days of streaking your behavior, you will add on a second streak, then a 3rd, and finally a 4th.
Week 1-2: Streak 1 Behavior
Week 3-4: Streak 1 Behavior and Streak 2 Behavior
Week 5-6: Streak 1 Behavior, Streak 2 Behavior, Streak 3 Behavior
Week 7-8: Streak 1 Behavior, Streak 2 Behavior, Streak 3 Behavior, Streak 4 Behavior

The Streak Domains of Wellness

Emotional Wellness
The ability to understand ourselves and cope with the challenges life can bring. The ability to acknowledge and share feelings of anger, fear, sadness or stress; hope, love, joy and happiness in a productive manner which contributes to our Emotional Wellness.
Streak Examples:
- Do something nice for someone.
- Write and send a letter or a card to a friend/relative.
- Write in your journal for 10-20 minutes per day.
- Provide/offer positive affirmations to yourself or to others.
- Manage stress by doing a daily 10-minute relaxation exercise; deep breathing, meditation, exercise.
- Spend a few minutes a day talking to people who make you feel good about yourself.
Environmental Wellness
The ability to recognize our own responsibility for the quality of the air, the water and the land that surrounds us. The ability to make a positive impact on the quality of our environment, be it our homes, our communities, or our planet, contributes to our Environmental Wellness.
Streak Examples:
- Turning off the lights every time I leave a room.
- Cutting down my shower time to 6 minutes per day.
- Spend 5 minutes per day picking up trash in your current environment; school, work, home, or neighborhood.
- Daily recycling.
Intellectual Wellness
The ability to open our minds to new ideas and experiences that can be applied to personal decisions, group interactions and community betterment. The desire to learn new concepts, improve skills and seek challenges in pursuit of lifelong learning contributes to our Intellectual Wellness.
Streak Examples:
- Spend 15-20 minutes per day reading a book.
- Set aside 30 minutes per day to learn a new skill.
- Teach yourself how to use a new computer program or phone app.
- Spend 10-15 minutes per day listening to a podcast or webinar.
Occupational Wellness
The ability to get personal fulfillment from our jobs or our chosen career fields while still maintaining balance in our lives. Our desire to contribute in our careers to make a positive impact on the organizations we work in and to society as a whole, leads to Occupational Wellness.
Streak Examples:
- Practice time management.
- Learn a new skill.
- Provide positive feedback/affirmations to a colleague.
Physical Wellness
The ability to maintain a healthy quality of life completing daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress. To recognize that our behaviors have a significant impact on our wellness and adopting healthful habits (a balanced diet, exercise, etc.) while avoiding destructive habits (tobacco, drugs, alcohol, etc.) will lead to optimal Physical Wellness.
Streak Examples:
- Increase your daily steps to 10,000+ steps.
- Walk your dog every day.
- Walk on your AM & PM breaks and twice a day on weekends.
- Wear comfortable, supportive shoes everyday.
- Do a new exercise routine from YouTube or Apple Fitness.
Social/Cultural Wellness
The ability to related to and connect with other people in our world. Our ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with family, friends, and coworkers contributes to our Social Wellness.
Streak Examples:
- Do an unexpected act of kindness for someone you live with.
- Send a coworker or family member an affirmation.
- Watch a Ted talk about other cultures.
- Learn a new O’odham and/or Piipaash word every day.
- Learn something new about the O’odham and/or Piipaash traditional culture every day.
Spiritual Wellness
The ability to establish peace and harmony in our lives. The ability to develop congruency between values and actions and to realize a common purpose that binds creation together, contributes to Spiritual Wellness.
Streak Examples:
- Spend 15 minutes a day alone, meditating.
- Start a gratitude journal. Write 10 minutes per day.
- Practice being in the moment. No electronic devices at the table during meal times.
- Connect with family/friends.
- Limit social media to 1 hour per day.
- Read daily devotionals.
- Pray every morning.
