Many of you may have already noticed the changes, and we’re here to help you get the most out of them. We’ve introduced a Retail365 self-service kiosk and mobile app ordering system to make your Café experience faster and more convenient.

What is Retail365?
Retail365 is a self-service kiosk and mobile ordering system designed to make food and beverage purchases faster and more convenient. It allows customers to scan, weigh, and pay for items directly at a kiosk or place orders through a mobile app (365Pay) —reducing wait times and streamlining the checkout process.

🛠️ How It Works – Quick Guide
• Grab & Go Items: Pick up packaged items and scan them at the kiosk.
• Self-Service Items: Fill your container, weigh it at the kiosk, and pay.
• Cash or Vouchers: Visit the cashier-assisted kiosk at the Starbucks station. Vouchers and punch cards can only be used there as well.

Prefer to skip the line? Scan the QR code now and download the 365Pay app from the App Store or Google Play. If prompted, enter Location Code 1660CF. Sign in, place your order, and pick it up when it’s ready!
