This 2 ½ day course is available to anyone working within a tribal community who wishes to obtain a Nationally Recognized Certification in Food Safety.
All food establishments are required to have at least one Certified Food Manager onsite.
There is no fee for this course; however each student MUSTpurchase a copy of theServSafeManager Book, 9th Edition with Exam Answer Sheet.
