Saddleback Communications is requesting a Designation of Land Use (DOLU) and a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a Type 4 Wireless Communication Facility (WCF) to be located at 9060 East Jackrabbit Road. The proposed DOLU premises is approximately 2.351 acres, being part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 2 North, Range 5 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County. This WCF would provide additional wireless cellular services to the surrounding area, including Scottsdale Community College, and other developments in the immediate vicinity.  Approval of a CUP is a requirement for Type 4 WCFs per Article 7.1 of the SRPMIC Zoning Ordinance (SRO-467-2015).
